PHC (Prehearing Conference)
Some information that will be gathered for the judge includes:
- details regarding legal parents (updated contact information, education/employment status, for example)
- court orders that may be in effect (child support orders, protection orders, etc.)
- if families enrolled or eligible to be enrolled in a Native American tribe
- details on current placement
- thoughts about future placement
- current or planned visitation schedule
- information regarding safety plan
- services the state sees as beneficial for the children or family members and services the family feels would be helpful for them
- information about needs of the children (such as special needs, activities they regularly participate in, etc.)
